Return/Refund Policy

The health and well-being of your pets are of the utmost importance to us. As a result, we do ALL we can to ensure the quality of the treats we make and offer. Mooch's Munchies brand treats are made with a minimum of preservatives, (only salt and baking soda), thus we can only guarantee them for a span of 30 days from date of purchase. We DO include a food-safe desiccant packet in our packaging to help prevent the intrusion of excess moisture however, if you reside in an area with higher humidity, we strongly recommend keeping the treats in a refrigerator, (like your own baked goodies), to prevent the growth of mold.

If you should have an issue before the 30 days, please contact us immediately at 702-443-5158 or at MM_Family@lvcoxmail.com, and we will work out arrangements for return and refund.

All returns to us require proof of purchase, no more than 30 days from the purchase date, to exchange or return an item at its original purchase price. All returns require a proof of purchase to ensure an accurate refund of your original purchase price.

Store returns after 30 days will not be considered. Returns without a proof of purchase require management approval and a valid ID to return the item for its current price. Refunds are issued in the form of either cash or store credit, based on what all parties decide to create the best WIN-WIN experience for our customer family.

  SOME KEY ADDITIONAL THINGS TO REMEMBER WITH RETURNS:

   1. Returns of any type MUST be in original packaging.

   2. No matter how 'tough' toys are, they are never completely indestructible               and thus, will not be accepted for returns once removed from packaging.

   3. Returns from online orders are refunded back to the original payment used          for that online order.
